Successful Testing of Hot Melt Adhesive for Carton Sealing at Major Beverage Manufacturer

Yesterday, our sales engineer team visited a large beverage manufacturer to assist in the testing of our hot melt adhesive for carton sealing. The hot melt carton sealing machine operated at a speed of over 40 cartons per minute, with the entire processing cycle taking less than 5 seconds. Our hot melt adhesive demonstrated excellent performance in the hot melt machine. The spraying process was smooth, with no issues of glue dripping or wire drawing.
Next day, the laboratory of our client released the test results of the packaging performance under different temperature conditions. The temperatures included -18℃, 0℃, and 55℃ with 24-hour baking. The laboratory checked the performance after the material's temperature returned to the normal 18℃. The 55℃ condition showed the best performance in terms of breaking the carton material, followed by the 0℃ condition, and then the -18℃ condition.
The client's Quality Assurance department was very satisfied with our product because it exhibited higher performance features than their standards and those of other major brands.
