Our company's label adhesive is a water-based adhesive, mainly used for bonding paper and aluminum foil labels to glass, plastic, and paper materials. It is suitable for machine labeling (linear and rotary types) and manual labeling, and can work normally at a labeling speed ranging from 2,000 to 60,000 bottles per hour.
1. Fast labeling speed, high automation, and easy
cleaning and maintenance of equipment;
2. Low labeling cost, as low as 0.4Kg/KL);
3. Bottles can be recycled, cleaned and reused, with no glue residue, reducing
manufacturing costs;
4. Labeling is not affected by the temperature of the
bottle body. It can be labeled at high temperatures, and there will be no
warping or degumming at high or low temperatures after labeling, ensuring an
overall beautiful appearance;
5. Water-based polymer product, which meets environmental protection requirements, is biodegradable, and is beneficial to the environment. (Free of formaldehyde and benzene)
Who uses it?
How to use?
Glue Preparation: The glue pump draws glue from the bucket and delivers it to the glue roller. The roller rolls to evenly coat glue on the label - taking plate, prepping for labeling.
Label Picking and Conveying: The label - taking plate picks labels from the neatly stacked label box. It’s then sent via the drum mechanism; the drum rotates and positions to deliver the label to the station, ensuring proper alignment with the product.
Bottle - feeding Regulation: Bottles travel on the bottle - feeding chain. The bottle - stopping star wheel controls spacing and start/stop. The bottle - feeding screw readjusts the queue, then the bottle - feeding star wheel and center guide frame guide bottles to the turntable. The turntable lifts and presses to fix bottles for labeling.
Core Labeling Action: The bottle - holding/pressing turntable secures the product, working with the label supply to paste labels.
Label Reinforcement: Post - labeling, a brush removes bubbles and compacts the label. The center guide frame stabilizes the product, and the bottle - discharging star wheel/chain send it onward.
Finished Product Conclusion: Products get ink - jet coded. Finally, finished products with proper labels and codes are output.
