Product Overview
This series of products consists of thermoplastic adhesives formulated from polyolefin POP and POE polymerized with an imported metallocene catalyst, combined with imported hydrogenated petroleum resin, imported Feto wax, and other components. They are widely used for packaging and sealing boxes in the food, beverage, instant noodle, beer, and pharmaceutical industries.
Performance Characteristics
- Strong adhesion, a wide temperature range, and a short curing time, with excellent bonding to difficult-to-stick materials.
- Good heat resistance and fixation, with strong slip resistance.
- Excellent cold resistance, suitable for use in the extremely cold weather of northern China, and resistant to corrosion by acid, alkali, and salt media.
- Formulated with 100% fully hydrogenated petroleum resin, suitable for longer continuous production; repeated use will not cause carbonization, helping to avoid shutdowns during use and reduce the frequency of cleaning the glue box.
- The glue is clear and transparent, free of impurities, and does not block the nozzle.
