Product Overview
This thermoplastic adhesive is compounded with premium imported EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), modified polypropylene, imported hydrogenated petroleum resin, imported polyethylene wax, and other high-quality components. It is specifically designed for bonding applications in cardboard, plastic foam, and various flexible packaging materials.
Available in both summer and winter formulations to accommodate different seasonal temperatures and operating conditions, ensuring optimal performance year-round.
Performance Characteristics
- Strong adhesion with wide temperature range, moderate curing time, and excellent bonding to various difficult-to-stick materials including plastic plates and plastic films
- Superior thermal performance with good heat resistance, fixation, and anti-slip properties. Excellent cold resistance suitable for extreme northern weather conditions and resistant to corrosion in acid and alkaline media
