Actual Application Performance
Compared with the customer’s original solution, 2620B achieves lower overall glue consumption and less overflow, while maintaining reliable bonding performance. The bonding strength remains qualified even at a low coating weight.
During labeling, the adhesive hardly transfers to the reverse side of the label. Multiple peel tests verify that most adhesive stays on the coated side of the label, with minimal migration to the other side, and generally no stringing occurs.

Hot melt adhesive Z620B is suitable for wrap-around labeling of 500mL PET mineral water bottles. It enables application at low coating weight with excellent overflow control. The adhesive features low transfer rate and clean break without stringing, together with stable bonding strength. It can meet the production requirements of high-speed labeling lines.
