II. Actual Application Performance
Grade B610 was trialed on one labeling machine with the glue tank set to 160 °C and roller temperature set to 95 °C. The measured temperature at the edge of the glue-feeding area was around 110 °C; 90-95 °C at the central point; and 118-135 °C near the roller. Production speed was set above 1000 cans/hour. The hot-melt melting rate was normal. Good bonding performance and excellent fiber-tear (substrate failure) were achieved; overall performance was satisfactory.
