Our client, a large beer group, has long been troubled by glue splattering issues with their previous casein adhesive solution. After switching to ULIPU (UNISN) casein adhesive, the aluminum foil label products now work perfectly with a qualified labeling quality.

Here’s the result of our small-batch machine test for glue splattering:
✅ 1. One labeling line started production in the evening. The next morning, the equipment was clean, with only a thin layer of white, foggy glue film on the neck/body back label station guard plate.

✅ 2. Checking the label machine exit: clear neck and body label lines, good adhesion, neat overlapping, no opening or glue overflow. The label plate was clean, with no glue stringing or accumulation in the label station—our client was very satisfied with the overall hygiene.

✅ 3. By afternoon, the label station remained clean, with only a few drops of glue on the neck label station guard plate (no glue splattering in other stations) and still no glue stringing. The whole bucket of glue was used directly on the machine without heating, adding water, or stirring, and it maintained good fluidity until the end.
