The on-site application was conducted at an ambient temperature of 30℃, with equipment air pressure set to 2.3 bar and a constant glue tank temperature of 165℃. The overall production condition remained stable with qualified carton flatness, fully adapting to assembly line operation requirements.
The equipment delivers smooth and uniform automatic glue spraying without glue interruption or shortage. With a 3-second carton compression time, the adhesive features stable curing speed. Cartons stay tightly bonded after pressure plate release with no rebound or opening, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
No stringing, flowing or overflowing issues occurred during continuous production, presenting neat glue traces without contaminating cartons or equipment. Cartons can normally be disassembled after offline cooling. With moderate bonding strength, the adhesive balances reliable sealing and convenient unpacking for mass production.
