To ensure test accuracy, the hot melt machine tank was thoroughly cleaned before field testing.
The workshop ambient temperature ranged from 22℃ to 28℃, with a general environmental temperature scope of 14℃ to 28℃.
When the equipment temperature was set at 161℃, 165℃ and 168℃, FAST S170 presented excellent bonding performance on laminated cartons. After carton sealing and cooling, the destructive opening test achieved a breaking rate of over 90%, demonstrating outstanding adhesion strength. Only individual glue spots show partial adhesive separation from the laminated surface under external force.
FAST S170 hot melt adhesive is specially developed for laminated beer and beverage carton sealing. It features wide temperature adaptability, stable spraying performance and reliable bonding strength under conventional workshop production conditions. With excellent paper breaking rate, this adhesive meets daily automated packaging requirements for laminated cartons, serving as a cost-effective sealing solution for beverage packaging lines.
